West Los Angeles (often referred to as West L.A.) is a sub region in Los Angeles, within a larger region known as the “Westside.”

With a population of more than 100,000, West Los Angeles is an affluent neighborhood. Its central location has made it a focal point for commercial development and business deals.

The West Los Angeles local real estate market does however, vary. Housing in West Los Angeles is a mixture of low-rise apartment buildings, mostly inhabited by young professionals and working-class families, and single-story tract house developments built between late 1920 and 1960. In addition, West Los Angeles homes and real estate for sale is plentiful including mansions in LA.
